• Serves as a think tank in the Department of Labour in which it will propose reforms through the preparation of working papers. Papers will be discussed at management level within the Department and then it will be presented at the level of the Ministry of Home Affairs for resolution.
  

• Responsibile for updating and monitoring the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Department of Labour.
